Download Instructions: Click on the Download Button to right of the Challenge Hour you want to download. A Download dialog box should be displayed on your screen. In the Download dialog box click the save button to save the file to your computer. Specify a folder to put the downloaded file in (Specify a location you can access easily like My Documents or My Music folder). Then click the save button once you have specified the location you are going to be downloading the file to. The file will then be downloaded on your computer. Once downloaded, the file will need to be "unzipped" or extracted. If you are using a PC with Windows XP or newer you can "unzip" the file by right clicking on it and then clicking extract.
